Last Updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Techno Dot Academy of R&D&I ("Techno Dot Academy", "Academy", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, educational programs, training services, digital learning resources, internship opportunities, industry projects, career support services, events, communication channels, and other services offered by the Academy.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, registering for a program, making a payment, attending a class, accessing learning materials, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services or enroll in a program.

Additional terms contained in an admission confirmation, offer letter, enrollment form, fee agreement, placement assurance agreement, internship agreement, or program-specific policy may also apply. Where a program-specific written agreement contains different terms, the applicable program-specific agreement will govern that particular service or benefit.

2. About Our Services

Techno Dot Academy provides career-focused education, technical training, professional development, practical learning, industry project exposure, internship support, and career readiness services.

Depending on the selected program, services may include:

  • Classroom-based training
  • Live online training
  • Hybrid learning
  • Practical lab sessions
  • Mentor guidance
  • Assignments and assessments
  • Capstone projects
  • Industry-oriented projects
  • Internship opportunities
  • Career readiness training
  • Resume and portfolio support
  • Mock interviews
  • Placement assistance
  • Corporate training
  • University or educational pathway support

The exact services, duration, curriculum, delivery mode, and benefits applicable to a student depend on the specific program selected and the official enrollment documents issued for that program.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

Admission to a program may be subject to eligibility requirements, academic qualifications, age requirements, technical prerequisites, interviews, assessments, document verification, or other criteria specified for the program.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee admission.

The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject an application where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or where information provided during the application process is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable.

Enrollment is personal to the registered student and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from the Academy.

Students below the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement must complete enrollment with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Student Information and Documents

Students must provide accurate, complete, and current information during application and enrollment.

Students may be required to submit documents including:

  • Identity documents
  • Academic certificates
  • Mark sheets
  • Photographs
  • Contact information
  • Employment information
  • Resume or curriculum vitae
  • Other program-specific documents

Submitting false, altered, forged, or misleading information may result in rejection of an application, suspension, cancellation of enrollment, withdrawal of program benefits, or termination from the program.

The Academy may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary.

Students are responsible for informing the Academy of changes to their contact information.

5. Program Information

We aim to provide accurate information regarding program curriculum, duration, trainers, schedules, learning modes, projects, internships, certifications, and career services.

However, educational and technology industries change rapidly.

The Academy may reasonably update:

  • Course modules
  • Technologies and software tools
  • Trainers or mentors
  • Class schedules
  • Project requirements
  • Assessment methods
  • Learning platforms
  • Internship processes
  • Program delivery methods

Changes may be made to maintain academic quality, respond to industry developments, meet operational requirements, or improve student outcomes.

Reasonable program updates do not automatically create a right to a refund.

6. Fees and Payments

Students agree to pay all applicable program fees according to the payment schedule communicated during enrollment.

Fees may include, where applicable:

  • Registration fees
  • Admission fees
  • Tuition or training fees
  • Examination fees
  • Certification fees
  • Lab or resource fees
  • University or partner institution fees
  • Other program-specific charges

The applicable fee structure will be communicated before or during enrollment.

Payments must be made through payment methods approved by the Academy.

Students are responsible for maintaining payment receipts and verifying payment details before transferring funds.

Failure to make payments by the agreed due dates may result in temporary suspension of classes, learning platform access, assessments, certificates, internship processing, or other program services.

Any loan, EMI, or financing arrangement provided by a bank, financial institution, or third-party provider is a separate agreement between the student and that provider. The student remains responsible for complying with the third party's terms.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the selected program.

Students should review the refund terms communicated in their enrollment form, offer letter, fee agreement, or program-specific policy before making payment.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the Academy:

  • Registration, admission, or administrative fees may be non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through an official communication channel.
  • The Academy may request the reason for cancellation and relevant supporting information.
  • Refund eligibility may depend on the date of the request, program commencement date, services already provided, and applicable program policy.
  • Amounts paid to universities, examination bodies, certification providers, financial institutions, technology vendors, or other third parties may be subject to the refund policies of those organizations.
  • Failure to attend classes does not automatically qualify a student for a refund.
  • Abandoning or discontinuing a program without completing the official cancellation process does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations.

Where a program has a specific refund policy, the program-specific policy will take precedence.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment process within a reasonable processing period.

Important: Students are strongly encouraged to read and understand the program-specific fee and refund policy before confirming enrollment or making payment.

8. Attendance and Academic Participation

Students are expected to participate actively in their program.

Depending on the program, students may be required to:

  • Maintain minimum attendance
  • Attend practical sessions
  • Complete assignments
  • Participate in mentor reviews
  • Complete projects
  • Attend assessments
  • Follow project submission deadlines
  • Participate in career readiness activities

Failure to meet academic or participation requirements may affect eligibility for internships, certificates, placement support, placement assurance benefits, or other program outcomes.

Students are responsible for catching up on missed learning activities.

The Academy does not guarantee replacement classes for sessions missed due to a student's personal circumstances.

9. Internships and Industry Projects

Certain programs may include internship opportunities, industry exposure, practical assignments, simulated projects, internal R&D projects, or client-oriented project experience.

The exact nature of an internship or project may depend on:

  • Program requirements
  • Student performance
  • Attendance
  • Technical readiness
  • Project availability
  • Partner requirements
  • Location
  • Visa or legal requirements
  • Workplace policies
  • Operational circumstances

Internship location, project type, work arrangement, stipend eligibility, and duration may vary by program.

Where an internship is described as guaranteed, confirmed, paid, stipend-based, on-site, or otherwise subject to a specific benefit, the exact eligibility conditions and benefit terms stated in the student's official program agreement or internship policy will apply.

Students participating in internships or industry projects must comply with confidentiality, information security, workplace conduct, intellectual property, and project policies.

The Academy may suspend or remove a student from an internship or project for misconduct, non-attendance, confidentiality violations, poor participation, or serious breaches of applicable policies.

10. Placement and Career Support

  • Portfolio guidance
  • LinkedIn profile guidance
  • Mock interviews
  • Technical assessment preparation
  • Communication training
  • Job opportunity notifications
  • Employer introductions

  • Hiring events
  • Career mentoring

Placement assistance means the Academy will provide applicable career support services.

Unless a specific written placement assurance or job guarantee agreement states otherwise, placement assistance does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of employment.

Employment decisions are made by employers.

The Academy cannot control:

  • Employer selection decisions
  • Interview outcomes
  • Salary offers
  • Job location
  • Employment start dates
  • Background verification
  • Employer business decisions

Students are expected to actively apply for suitable opportunities and participate in scheduled career activities.

11. Placement Assurance and Program Benefits

  • Geographic or role flexibility where specified

The exact conditions for a placement assurance, fee refund, salary threshold, stipend, or job guarantee benefit must be defined in the applicable program-specific written policy or agreement.

General website content should not be interpreted independently of the applicable program-specific conditions.

Program-specific terms apply: Placement assurance, job guarantee, stipend, internship, and fee refund benefits may have separate eligibility requirements. Students should review the official terms issued for their selected program.

Completion requirements may include:

  • Attendance
  • Assessments
  • Assignments
  • Project completion
  • Internship requirements

  • Academic conduct requirements

The Academy may withhold a certificate until applicable academic, administrative, or payment requirements are completed.
