What qualifications do I need to become a trainer?
+Minimum 2 years of industry experience required — plus domain expertise, communication skills, and the ability to teach practical concepts. Formal teaching credentials are not required.
How is the trainer application process?
+3 steps: (1) Submit your application, (2) Profile review and demo session, (3) Onboarding with access to our curriculum platform. Selected trainers receive full onboarding support before their first session.
What teaching formats are available?
+3 formats available: full-time, part-time, and freelance. Choose classroom (on-site at Calicut campus), online (live sessions), or hybrid mode based on your availability.
How are trainers compensated?
+Competitive pay based on experience, format, and hours — paid monthly. Performance bonuses awarded for exceptional student feedback scores.
