At Techno Dot Academy, we aim to provide clear and transparent enrolment and payment practices.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment or enrolment and before substantial access to the course, training sessions, learning materials, or related services.
Refund eligibility is subject to review based on the program and services already provided.
Non-Refundable Fees
Registration, admission, administrative, and other charges already incurred may be non-refundable.
Refunds may not be available after substantial course participation, access to learning resources, or voluntary withdrawal from an ongoing program, subject to applicable requirements.
Course Cancellation
If Techno Dot Academy cancels a program and is unable to provide a suitable alternative, eligible fees paid for the cancelled program will be refunded.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
